This agreement is entered between:
Lessor — which refers to Indian Bay Municipal Park.
Lessee — which refers to the seasonal renter of a site within the park.
As lessee, you may choose to enhance the curb appeal of your secured site during the seasonal period. However, any modifications or improvements such as fencing, landscaping, or other enhancements do not guarantee the right to retain the same lot for subsequent seasons.
By securing a site within Indian Bay Municipal Park, the Lessee agrees to the following responsibilities:
Maintenance of Lessor-Owned Items
The Lessee is responsible for maintaining any items owned by Indian Bay Municipal Park that are temporarily in their possession. If any neglect, damage, or loss occurs to these items while in the Lessee’s possession, the Lessee is liable for repair or replacement at their own expense.
To retain the same lot for the next camping season, the Lessee must submit all required payments as per the park’s agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the need to relocate to a different site, with no guarantee of retaining the previously occupied lot.
