Any items left on unsecured sites after October 15th including but not limited to bridges, generator sheds, and garbage will be subject to removal by maintenance staff. A $100 cleanup fee will be applied for the disposal of any items left on an unsecured lot.
All individuals must ensure that any belongings on unsecured sites are removed by October 15th to avoid cleanup fees. For secured sites, all debris and personal belongings must be properly secured for the upcoming winter season.
