This waiver serves as a formal acknowledgment of the insurance responsibilities for lessees of secured sites within Indian Bay Municipal Park.
As a Lessee of a secured site, you acknowledge:
That if you do not hold trailer or liability insurance coverage, the Indian Bay Municipal Park Lessor will not be held responsible or liable for any property damage, theft, or loss that may occur to your trailer or vehicle during the secured season.
That you are solely responsible for insuring your own property against damage, theft, or any unforeseen circumstances. Park Management and the Indian Bay Park Lessor assume no liability for any losses or damages incurred.
