This agreement is entered into between:
The Lessor: Indian Bay Municipal Park.
The Lessee: The seasonal renter of a designated site within Indian Bay Municipal Park for the current year.
Annual Agreement Requirement:
All seasonal occupants must sign a Seasonal Site Agreement that must be renewed annually.
Signed agreements, along with payment, must be submitted according to the following schedule:
First installment: Due on October 15th each year.
Second installment: Due on May 15th each year.
Deposit & Site Reservation:
A $400.00 deposit is required by October 15th of the preceding year to reserve a seasonal site for the upcoming season. This deposit secures the current site, permits trailer storage in the park over the winter, and is fully applied to the seasonal fee for the next season.
Payment & Late Fees:
NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) payments will incur a $40 fee.
Late payments will attract a $50 penalty.
The Lessee is responsible for insuring their property for the full duration of the agreement. If the Lessee chooses not to insure their property, a waiver must be signed with park management.
Occupants will not be permitted to enter the park or stay at their site until full payment is received.
If payment is not received by May 15th, and no arrangements are made with park management, we reserve the right to issue an eviction notice and remove the trailer from the site.
Occupants will have 30 days to remove their trailer and belongings. An appointment must be scheduled with the Park Manager to retrieve items from the vacated site.
