Winter Parking Terms & Conditions:

Permit Requirement:

A valid winter parking permit is required for access to designated winter parking areas.

The permit must be visibly displayed on the vehicle at all times.

Parking Fees & Snow Clearing Contribution:

A fee is required for winter parking, which helps cover contracted snow clearing services.  Fees must be paid in full before parking access is granted.

Prohibited Parking Areas:

Parking on Country Road is strictly prohibited year-round.  Unauthorized vehicles parked outside designated areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Liability & Responsibility:

The Indian Bay Municipal Park and its management are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.  Vehicle owners assume all risks associated with winter parking, including but not limited to:

• Damage from snow removal equipment.
• Exposure to harsh weather conditions.
• Accidents or incidents occurring within the parking area.
  
  

Compliance & Enforcement:

Vehicles found in violation of these terms may be subject to towing or loss of parking privileges.  The Lessee must comply with all municipal regulations regarding winter parking.
